Omani Routes – Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

If the booking is cancelled by guests:

1. 72 hours before the date of the excursion: No cancellation charges shall be applicable.
2. 48 – 72 hours before the date of the excursion: 50% of the booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. Less than 48 hours before the date of the excursion, or in case of no show: 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.

4. The Operator may choose to cancel any excursion with prior notice, in which case, all confirmed bookings will be fully refunded.
5. Any refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.

Note: A confirmation receipt is sent by e-mail to confirm the booking. All official communication shall be done via the email address provided by you. We will not be responsible for an incorrect email being provided by you.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Omani Routes reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice.
2. Rates are subject to change due to fluctuations depending on time and circumstances; Omani Routes will not be held responsible for offering a price match to a previously seen rate.
3. The itinerary may be modified based on various factors like maintenance of monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc.
4. Omani Routes reserves the right to change the itinerary or dates or cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any charges the customer may incur due to a change in the itinerary.
5. All services will be as per those specified and paid for as per Service Vouchers. Additional services must be paid directly by the customer.
6. Tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, etc., are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
7. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price, and clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
8. Package prices do not include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels, especially during New Year and other special occasions.
9. Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in additional costs.
10. Refer to individual tours for any specific terms and conditions related to them.
11. Omani Routes is not responsible for any inaccurate description or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or on the website.
12. The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purposes only.
13. Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer on OmaniRoutes.com.
14. Omani Routes reserves the right to call you back on the contact number shared by you on the website.
15. By providing your personal information, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by Omani Routes. Some information and e-mails may be used as testimonials, but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed with the same.
